Shipping and Dispatch

All orders are prepared in our Melbourne studio. Please allow 5–7 business days from payment for ready-made retail orders to be prepared and dispatched. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Australia-wide delivery is a flat rate of $9.95, with free shipping on orders over $95.

Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. Delivery time begins after dispatch and varies according to destination and carrier.

Please provide a physical street address where the parcel can be safely left. We use courier services and cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Wholesale, custom and made-to-order purchases may have longer production times. The applicable timeframe will be shown on the product listing or confirmed separately.
